By purchasing any product on this website, you agree to the following conditions:

   You must be an entrepreneur, small business, or mid-market customer.

2. Final Sale Policy
   All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. We strictly adhere to Cisco’s policy: no returns or cancellations on orders.

3. Right to Cancel
   Novbox LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any purchase at its sole discretion, at any time.

4. Shipping Restrictions
   Orders must be shipped within the United States.
   If you wish to purchase Meraki products for delivery in Canada, please contact: sales@novbox.ca.
   A representative from Novbox Canada will assist you and provide the best pricing in Canadian dollars.

5. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
   All orders are drop-shipped directly from Cisco using FedEx Express services.
   If the product is in stock at Cisco, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days, including licenses.
