The Meraki MS150-48T-4X is a stackable 48-port Gigabit data switch with four 10G SFP+ uplinks.
It gives dense wired areas a 10G path to the core, with 176 Gbps of switching capacity against 104 Gbps on the MS150-48T-4G. There is no PoE; it has two 80 Gbps stacking ports, static routing and a 1U chassis 13.38 in deep with an internal power supply.
