The Meraki MS130-12X packs twelve PoE+ ports into a desktop switch: eight Gigabit ports, four 2.5 Gbps mGig ports and two 10G SFP+ uplinks, with a 240 W PoE budget.
That is double the power of the 8-port models — enough for eight devices at the full 30 W, or all twelve at 20 W — so a small branch can run several multigigabit access points and cameras from one compact box. Switching capacity is 76 Gbps. It mounts on a desk or a wall, uses an external power supply (included) and has an internal fan.

Licensing and warranty
Needs a Meraki MS130 compact license, sold separately: Enterprise (LIC-MS130-CMPT) or Advanced (LIC-MS130-CMPTA). Under Cisco's newer subscription model the equivalent tier is MS100 Small, Essentials or Advantage. Meraki covers MS130 switches with a lifetime hardware warranty. Managed entirely from the Meraki dashboard, with zero-touch provisioning and automatic firmware upgrades.
