How fast will this ship?
All orders are drop-shipped directly from Cisco using FedEx Express. If the product is in stock at Cisco, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days, including licenses.
Is the license included with the hardware?
Licensing is ordered together with the hardware and ships with it, so an in-stock order arrives complete. If you are not sure which license tier you need, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it.
Can I return or cancel this order?
No. All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. We strictly follow Cisco's policy of no returns or cancellations on orders. Novbox LLC does reserve the right to cancel and refund a purchase at its own discretion.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Orders from this store must ship within the United States. For delivery in Canada, contact sales@novbox.ca and a representative from Novbox Canada will assist you with pricing in Canadian dollars.
